# Calliope mini 1.3 - kompatible servomotoren?

Hallo medpaed,

wenn du zum Treiben der Servos lieber das Grove-Modul „16 Channel PWM Driver (PCA9685)“ verwenden möchtest, würde das sicherlich auch funktionieren. Das Calliope ServoBoard ist ja speziell für den Calliope mini v3 und funktioniert nicht mit dem Calliope mini v1.3.

Hier im Forum findest du die passenden Hinweise und die Erweiterung für MakeCode: [Grove Pca9685 Paket 16-Kanal PWM](https://forum.calliope.cc/t/grove-pca9685-paket-16-kanal-pwm/1428) . Ob die Erweiterung mit der aktuellen Version von MakeCode funktioniert, weiß ich nicht. Immerhin stammen die Beiträge dazu aus dem Dezember 2019.
